The hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by lovely gardens which added to the overall charm of the property. the room was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. the sitting area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the terrace was a nice touch, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. the hosts, Karen and David, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. David's knowledge of Bute was invaluable and helped us make the most of our visit. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the price and we would definitely consider returning in the future.
